Channel marketing in Canada: 2011-2012 (sell-side research): With support from Ingram Micro, ITMD surveyed 176 channel members to investigate channel marketing. Issues covered in this deck include: the importance of marketing to business success, the impact and effectiveness of marketing within the respondent's business, the impact of vendor marketing support options (shown by channel business model), the impact of marketing on sales and profitability, marketing budget allocations, use of vendor marketing funds, and a view of marketing investment by channel members, contrasted against decision inputs as reported through a previous survey of buy-side management.
ITMD cloud survey - 2011 final results updated: This previously-issued report has been updated with additional information comparing IT and business unit perspectives on cloud, and offering advice for bridging this gap.
